Connected by culture. Driven by change.
Bringing Celtic journalism together to learn, collaborate and innovate in the age of AI.
Why we exist
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming journalism faster than any technology in a generation.
For bilingual newsrooms and minority-language media outlets, that presents both an opportunity and a challenge.
The Celtic AI Journalism Network aims to bring together people from across Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Brittany, Galicia and the Isle of Man to learn from one another, share practical experience and build solutions that work for our communities.
Our mission
-
Build a trusted community of journalists, producers and editors across the Celtic nations.
-
Share practical tools, training, knowledge and best practice that newsrooms can put to work.
-
Help Celtic languages and cultures thrive in the age of AI.
-
Develop responsible, public-interest approaches to AI that benefit us all.
